SOCKS & UNDERWEAR
The Pantry has received a generous number of socks and underwear from the parishes, Bomba, and Cate’s Closet, The socks and underwear will be distributed now. Our clients are so happy to have socks and underwear for the new school year. Thank you!!
BCAF GRANT
The pantry recently received a grant from the Bishop’s Charitable Assistance Fund for the purchase of dairy products, such as milk, yogurt and cheese. The Bishop’s Charitable Assistance Fund provides grants to tax-exempt organizations without regard to religious affiliation for projects that help people in New Hampshire meet their basic needs. The Fund is operated by the Bishop of Manchester and a volunteer board of lay men and women. CCFP&A is blessed to receive this grant, so we can continue to provide nutritious options to our clients.
NASHUA CROP WALK OCTOBER 18th
Each year, CCFPA participates in the Greater Nashua Crop Walk. This is a community-based fundraising walk to support just and sustainable responses to hunger, poverty, displacement, and disaster. CCFPA is one of the local food pantries that receives generous funds from this fundraiser. Mark your calendar – this event will be on Sunday, October18, 2026, beginning and ending at Temple Beth Abraham, 4 Raymond Street, Nashua. The opening ceremony begins at 1 p.m. and the walk will begin at 1:30 p.m. We hope that you can continue to help support this fundraiser by donating or walking. A website where you will be able to donate to the CCFPA team will be shared soon.
