STAMP OUT HUNGER
On Saturday, May 9th, Corpus Christi Food Pantry received over 4600 pounds of food collected from the postal carriers during their ‘Stamp Out Hunger’ food collection. The food arrived at a time when our inventory was beginning to run low. Thanks to all the volunteers that helped deliver this incredible amount of food into the pantry.

Corpus Christi Food Pantry and Assistance will be accepting new or gently used fans to distribute in June and July. Most of our clients live downtown in crowded multi-family buildings with no air conditioning and often, not even a fan. If you prefer to send a donation we will gladly shop and share the fans with those who need them most! Please drop off donations at our pantry location, 3 Crown St., Mon/Wed 9-12, Tue/Thurs 1-4. ALLTOWN FRESH
Personnel from Global Partners, Alltown Fresh’s parent company, recently stopped by the pantry and gave Peter a generous check and took a tour of our facility. Alltown Fresh generously donates sandwiches and salads, on Tuesday and Thursdays, from their Amherst St. and East Hollis St. locations. These healthy items can make a meal for a single or a homeless person. Our clients are grateful for these donated items. CCFP&A are blessed to have such generous stores that support our mission.
